Our aftersales team is expanding in the Northwest and we are looking to recruit an additional Field Service Engineer, ideally someone who lives in the Cheshire or surrounding region.
Hours:
40 hours a week, worked between our standard operational hours of 07:00-18:00 Monday – Friday.
Key Duties will Include:
It’s a highly professional environment. We’ll provide you with initial and ongoing formal manufacturer training, ensuring that you have the specialist technical knowledge necessary to keep these innovative machines performing at their best.
You’ll work across the local area delivering on-site support to our own brand of lorry loader cranes, including:
- Regular crane servicing.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues on customer sites.
- Performing thorough examinations / LOLER inspections and necessary safety checks to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Providing technical support and training to customers.
The Ideal Applicant:
All our employees receive comprehensive manufacturer training and mentoring.
- Interested applicants need to possess demonstrable experience of maintaining and repairing similar hydraulic lifting equipment such as construction plant, agricultural machinery, access equipment, HGV’s, Forklifts, taillifts etc.
- You should hold recognised certification such as an apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Plant Maintenance or a closely associated discipline.
- This is a field-based role so a full UK driving licence is essential.
