We are seeking a part-time cleaner to ensure all offices, restrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, the showroom and
communal spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting a safe and pleasant
working environment.
Hours:
Part-time 25 hours per week 5:30am to 10:30am
Key Duties will Include:
• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, meeting rooms, the
showroom and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure safe storage of chemicals, solvents and cleaning materials.
• Follow protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Perform any other necessary cleaning tasks as appropriate.
• Provide cover for cleaning duties during colleague absences.
• Re-ordering and maintaining levels of cleaning and maintenance materials
The Ideal Applicant:
• Previous experience of commercial cleaning.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliability and flexibility to respond to additional cleaning needs as required.
• Confident and trustworthy
Expectations / Job Standards:
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
• Efficient, orderly, and timely, ensuring all tasks are achieved within agreed timescales.
