We’re seeking a driven sales professional, or an engineer ready to join our team and step into a commercial role. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the groundcare sector and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
You’ll be selling a high‑spec range that includes ride‑on mowers, robotic mowers, compact tractors and other professional equipment. Your knowledge, energy and commitment will help customers choose the right machinery for their needs.

Hours:
Full time, Monday – Friday with flexibility to meet customer demand.
Key Duties will Include:
- Sell professional Groundcare equipment across the region. Building relationships with both existing & new customers.
- Represent cutting-edge autonomous tech and trusted industry brands.
- Provide expert guidance on technical specs and usage post-sale.
- Conduct demonstrations and attend industry shows as a brand ambassador.
- Manage your own sales pipeline, territory planning.
The Ideal Applicant:
- Groundcare, machinery, dealership sales experience, or a course manager, greenkeeper or a Technician / Engineer looking to move into sales in this sector.
- Strong communicator and confident negotiator.
- Target-driven and commercially aware.
- Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Full UK driving licence – willing to obtain trailer licence.
- Available to work out of our Stourport branch and visit customers across the region.
