This is a rare opportunity to join our respected Palfinger aftersales team, where you’ll be trained to become a specialist Service Engineer maintaining and repairing some of the most advanced lifting equipment on the market. Hours:
40 hours per week Monday – Friday
Additional overtime is available at TX1.5
Key Duties will Include:
Our Service Engineers work across the local area delivering on-site support to our own brand of lorry loader cranes, including:
- Regular crane servicing.
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and software issues on customer sites.
- Performing LOLER inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Providing technical support and training to customers.
The Ideal Applicant:
- Applicants must have demonstrable work experience as a Service Engineer / Plant Fitter maintaining and repairing similar hydraulic equipment such as construction plant, forklifts, agricultural machinery, access equipment or taillifts. This is essential.
- A recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Plant Maintenance or associated qualification.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
