GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR AND CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

T H WHITE is recruiting a General Administrator & Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Stockbridge. Reporting to the Depot Manager, this key role will provide administrative support to the team.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 3pm with 1/2-hour lunch break. (We are open to flexibility around these hours)

Key Duties will Include:

  • General reception duties as required. Answering overflow telephone calls and greeting customers
  • Process purchase invoices
  • Update payroll spreadsheet
  • Log holiday and sickness
  • Take depot meetings and notes
  • Enter transactions and reconcile petty cash
  • Order stationery, refreshments and cleaning materials
  • Read electric and water meters monthly
  • Help maintain health and safety files

The Ideal Applicant:

  • You will have good communication skills
  • You will be a team player
  • You will be organised and have good attention to detail
  • You will be confident to work alone, and as part of a team
  • You will be numerate and literate, GCSE English, Maths Grade C or equivalent, and possess good IT skills
