We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Service Technician to join the team in Stourport.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will carry out pre-delivery inspections on new machinery, and the servicing and repairs to all construction equipment that we sell.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with occasional Saturdays to meet customer demand
Key Duties will Include:
- Carry out new machinery PDI, servicing and repairs to all equipment, both in our workshop and on customer premises
- Carry out duties as required by the Service Manager
- Completing tasks and all relevant paperwork including taking pictures to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Applicant:
- You will have a genuine interest in construction equipment and a willingness to learn more
- You will be focused on first time fix and customer satisfaction
- You will have the ability to work on your own but also as part of a team
- You will work in a professional, clean and organised manner
- You will be IT literate, and able to complete paperwork clearly and in a timely manner
- Must possess a full UK Driving Licence (Trailer licence preferable, but training can be provided)
