T H WHITE is recruiting for an Online Parts Shop Assistant to join our Parts Team.
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week
Open to flexible working
Key Duties will Include:
- Responding to customers’ orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Uploading new products
- Updating stock levels
- Working with the marketing team to run online promotions
- Manage all background functions of the webshop
The Ideal Applicant:
- Strong customer service skills: Ability to respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Basic technical knowledge of parts/products relevant to the shop.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage orders, inventory, and follow-ups.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers online.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, email, and databases.
