We’re recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Agricultural team in Knighton.
This parts role is all about helping our customers and workshop team with their machinery parts enquiries.

Hours:
39 hours per week with flexibility to include weekend work on a branch rota basis and cover during seasonal peaks
Key Duties will Include:
- Offering support to customers and internal staff, (over the phone and in person), with parts and ancillary product requirements.
- Providing parts knowledge, ordering parts for customers and engineers, producing quotations, and final invoicing.
- Undertaking regular inspections to ensure that the parts areas are being maintained to a high standard & we have a defined development plan to increase sales.
- Ensuring the parts department is compliant with all company policies.
The Ideal Applicant:
- Previous agriculture or similar parts knowledge is advantageous
- Will have the ability to work under pressure and the flexibility to quickly change between tasks
- Be committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems
- Have the confidence to upsell to bring in additional parts business
- Be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Hold a clean UK Driving Licence
