We’re recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our brand-new team near Shrewsbury.
T H WHITE Agriculture is expanding its New Holland dealership into Shropshire. As part of this next step, we’re opening a new regional depot to develop our service and make sure farmers in the area get the trusted advice, expert engineering, and dependable aftersales care we’re known for. This parts role is all about helping our customers and workshop team with their machinery parts enquiries across our agriculture division.

Hours:
39 hours per week with flexibility to include weekend work on a branch rota basis and cover during seasonal peaks
Key Duties will Include:
• Ensuring support to all customers, internal and external, with parts and ancillary product requirements
• Providing parts knowledge, ordering, pricing, and invoicing to meet the demands of the total parts area
• Undertaking regular inspections to ensure that the parts areas are being maintained to a high standard & we have a defined development plan to increase sales
• Ensuring the parts department is compliant with all company policies
The Ideal Applicant:
- Previous agriculture or dairy parts knowledge is advantageous
- Will have the ability to work under pressure and the flexibility to quickly change between tasks
- Be committed to providing prompt and helpful resolutions to challenging problems
- Have the confidence to upsell to bring in additional parts business
- Be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Hold a clean UK Driving Licence
