SENIOR PARTS ADVISOR

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to join the busy team at our Frome depot.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Parts Team across our Agriculture and Dairy divisions.

Hours:

40 hours per week with flexibility to include weekend work on a branch rota basis and cover during seasonal peaks

Key Duties will Include:

  • Ensuring support to all customers, internal and external, with parts and ancillary product requirements
  • Providing parts knowledge, ordering, pricing, and invoicing to meet the demands of the total parts area
  • Supporting the Parts Manager to ensure the budgeted monthly and annual parts targets are achieved.
  • Supporting the Parts Manager with reporting the monthly parts department KPI’s
  • Undertaking regular inspections to ensure that the parts areas are being maintained to a high standard & we have a defined development plan to increase sales
  • Ensuring the parts department is compliant with all company policies

The Ideal Applicant:

  • You will be IT Literate and process a good level of numeracy and literacy
  • You will have good communication skills
  • You will be organised with good attention to detail
  • You will be a team player
  • You will be adaptable to things changing on a day-to-day basis
  • You will have previous parts process knowledge
  • Would have knowledge preferably of the Dairy or Agricultural industry
  • Full UK Driving Licence
