If you’ve operated tippers or municipal vehicles and enjoy meeting people, this is a brilliant step into a more customer-facing role.

We are looking for a candidate who has the flexibility to stay away from home for consecutive nights when required.
There may be evening or weekend work required depending on customer requirements.

- Conducting in-person demonstrations of Palfinger machines (hook loaders, skip loaders, and occasional cranes) to customers and operators.
- Acting as a product expert and trusted brand ambassador.
- Building strong working relationships with operators and site teams – from grassroots level through to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the sales process by explaining features, demonstrating value, and advising on specification.
- Preparing and delivering vehicles to customer sites or events – including collecting vehicles from depots and setting up at shows.
- Operating across the UK with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
The Ideal Applicant:
- A Category C (Class 2) HGV licence, CPC and Tachograph.
- Experience operating skip loaders, hook loaders, cranes or similar plant/municipal vehicles is ideal.
- You’ll be from a commercial driving, engineering, or sales background.
- Strong communication and people skills – able to engage with operators and adapt your style accordingly.
- Comfortable with early starts, occasional late finishes, and staying away when required.
- Confident working independently and managing your own time.
- Ideally based within reach of one of our UK depots (Leicester, Devizes or our brand-new Dartford facility).
