We are looking for a Trainee Handover Specialist & ALLMI Instructor based in and around Bedfordshire to join our Training Team.
Reporting to the Training and Handover Manager you will be responsible for carrying out handovers of new cranes and delivering ALLMI training. No experience is necessary as all training will be provided but a passion for delivering an excellent service is vital.
Hours:
Hours: 42 hours a week, with flexibility to meet Customer demand and regular overnight stays as required
Hourly Rate: Starting at the applicable NMW rates
Key Duties will Include:
Day to day duties will include:
Initially shadowing experienced colleagues and attending development courses for a period of 12 to 18 months, with a desired end goal of carrying out the duties stated below.
- Carrying out new crane handovers at customer premises
- Delivering ALLMI Lorry Loader Courses
- Delivering ALLMI Slinger Signaller Courses
- Carry out product familiarisation to operators and Customers
- Undertake driving duties as and when required

- Possess good interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external customers
